We're meant to have 8 glasses a day, but I drink out of mugs and my handy 500ml bottle.
So how many mls is a glass of water?

I use a 200ml glass to measure my glass of water but aim to drink 2 litres of water a day, as long as I drink this amount I feel fine:)
  • Well, my love, it says 8 8oz glasses which according to my dear friend google is:

    8 Imperial fluid ounces = 227.304594 millilitres

I just drink 2 litres worth. Which is 4 of my big glasses a day. :)

I've been counting my trusty UK pint glass as 2 'MFP glasses' - near enough I reckon. Still rarely manage 4 pints a day though :embarassed:

Haha, this is what I do! I have pint glasses and drink 4 of them a day to get 8 glasses worth. Figure its close enough! :)

I've been classing 250 ml as a glass.

    250 ml x 8 = 2l

I carry a 500ml sports top bottle as I find it so much easier to keep track.
  • This would all be so much easier if mfp would let us select the units for our water measurements.
