Chinese Lunch Help

Hello Everyone,

I am going to lunch at work at a Chinese restaurant; I am not sure what to order and how to figure out the calories for it. I usually get chicken and broccoli with brown rice, I am thinking a California sushi roll might have lower calories.

Any help is appreciated.

  • I think chicken/broccoli with brown rice is one of the best options. But if you are looking for variety try steamed shrimp and vegetables with brown rice. One of my favorites since starting MFP and with 1.5 c of rice and 2 c of shrimp & veggies it's only around 400 cals.
