I want to build up my library of knowledge in the subject of fitness and how the body works. I was thinking about getting "The New Rules of Weight Lifting" for women, and the Tom Venuto book, "The Body Fat Solution". Also, I am interested in "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" but is that an eBook only, or can you get hardcopy of that?
Any other fitness/wellness recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
