I usually do yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, babybel cheese and wheat crackers, equate nutritional shakes (I use for a snack or replacement meal for breakfast), and 1/2 cup of any special K cereal.0

Nuts- Almonds, peanuts, cashews (plus the have excellent fats that your body needs as well)
protein shakes- you can make them thicker by adding less water and even try freezing them to get a different texture more like a smoothie
Lunch meat
hard boiled egg whites0 -
Keep some vertical containers with water in your fridge--Jars, etc... Cut up some veggies to fit (ie. Cut Celery, Blanched asparagus, Cucumber spears, etc...) When you get hungry for a snack, grab a jar. The calorie (or in your case, carb) cost isn't very high, but it allows you to munch on something. Be sure to refill the jars every week. The water will help keep them from spoiling faster--especially the celery. If you're starved for flavor, you can add some flavoring to the water (ie. lemon juice and the veggies will typically absorb the flavor). If you're not counting calories, I'd suggest carrots too, but they have a high carb count.0
