Hi, My name is Carolyn. I am 32 years old and wanting to still lose the baby weight that has stayed on me for the last 8 years! Still trying to figure out all the great things here on MFP and lookng forward to meeting some new friends for support along the way. Any cool tips or tricks you have would be much appreciated.
