    Because many posters do not mention their height or size

    I am 5' 3"

    I'm also 5'3" with a very small frame. I have bird bones (which I am currently trying to improve with strength training!) and was nicknamed bird legs as a teen because my legs were so skinny. BTW, they stay skinny even when I get fat! Not a pretty picture. Yet another reason to stay slim this time!!!

    ah bless ya, i was always a skinny thing, at school they called me bean pole! lol
