Does it matter whether you work out in the morning or evening - in terms of successful weightless?

Not an expert here... but I don't think it matters. I have good results with AM & PM workouts.
Personally I like to wake up about 4:45 / 5:00 am & get started on my serious stuff (circuit training / lifting) so I can have peace & quiet & concentrate on my moves & form. Too many distractions in the evenings with the kids & hubby...
Now when I do my cardio (I do workout DVDs) I do them in the evenings as long as I have had an intense workout that morn. Don't mind the distractions because I hate cardio! I know that horrible to say!0 -
Depends on if you have issues sleeping.
If you wake up 30mins early and workout in the morning on a fasted state youll lose fat faster.0
