What does BUMP mean??

I'm clueless....been on here for a little over a month.....but I still dont know what BUMP means??

    People just type "BUMP" so that the post will get moved back up to the top of the list.

    bump = bring up my post.

    it's generally used if someone wants to read something later when they have more time so they can find it easier.
