artichokes (frozen) idea?

I have some frozen artichokes from Trader Joe's. Does anybody have some good ideas about how I can cook them and make them tasty?

    My mom will put a frozen artichoke in ANYTHING but the best thing I have ever had it in, suprisingly, was spaghetti sauce!!! She didn't even chop them up, just let them simmer in the pan with everything else. (this made it easier for her grandsons to pick around them)
    I like to put them in with some roasted vegetables...

    broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red onion, garlic, bell peppers, artichokes...pepper, italian seasoning and some balsamic vinegar...roast and and eat alone or on top of pasta!!! YUM!

    I make pizza with artichoke hearts, tomato slices garlic and little or no cheese. Amazing combo!

    Also, yummy in chicken dishes... I love artichokes!
