I think the caffeine content is a tad high (300mg), but other then that, not too bad of a profile0

I just started them yesterday, I'm only taking one a day and split it in half, one with breakfast and one during lunch. Will be upping the dose to two a day next week.0 -

sounds solid, best to ease into it to avoid sides. so maybe before going to 2 pills, do 1.5 for a few days then bump up till you get to the full dose of 1 pill 3x a day0 -
