Howdy folks,
So i have whats probably a silly question.
I have a calorie goal of 1600 each day, and i need to eat at least 1200 so as not to trick my body into thinking its starving, i get that bit. But if i was then to go and exercise, most likely an indoors exercise bike for me, does that mean i need to eat those calories back to avoid starving myself?
Im not trying to eat too little calories, iv just been trying to cut down on carbs.

Yes, you need to eat those calories back. If you log your food and exercise in, MFP will automatically add those calories back for you. MFP makes it easy!
Happy loosing.

Eat at your BMR... it's usually the amount of calories that will help the weight loss the best. If you're being told that your goal is 1600, eat that amount.0
