Where does one go for tech help after the tech forum?

My blog has been broken for a month (links for leaving comments and editing have disappeared). I've posted twice to the tech help forum but no one responded to either post, presumably because no one knows how to fix the problem. What is my next step for tech help? Who can I contact? Thanks!
