I am so upset! I hurt lower back (lumbar area) over a month ago. I am not sure if it was stress or just a wrong move while workout. Well because if it, it’s stopped me from working out 4-5 times per week like I use to and I have GAINED 7 lbs due to not working out and eating more because I am sad I can’t workout and I am bored.
MY question is…any suggestions on how I can workout or or stay toned and not gain weight while dealing with this?
I have all ready been to see a Chiropractor. She did some stuff that sent me on my way to feeling better and I took it easy for a few more weeks. THEN I worked out yesterday my back is back being really bad again. I had already been working on moves to strengthen my back since Fall…and also I am someone who has been working out for YEARS with no issues like this before.
