Calcium and/or Rich Food

I am regularly low calcium and iron intake, so I was wondering if people had some ideas of foods that would help me increase my intake.

I not really interested in taking a multivitamin and I have dairy and peanut allergies.

    for iron try: Avocado - Blackberries - Blackcurrant - Boysenberries - Breadfruit - Cherries - Dates - Figs - Grapes - Kiwi - Lemon
    Loganberries - Lychee - Mulberries - Passion Fruit - Persimmon - Pomegranate - Raspberries - Strawberry - Watermelon
