    It all depends on age, height, weight and goal weight. But a guide for healthyweight loss is between 1 and 2lb per week. Obviously more if you are very overweight, or less if you only have a few lb to lose :)

    2 lbs is the most you should lose a week in order to maintain it. Hope this helps.
