Hi Everyone!! I'm recomminting myself and hope that this will last longer than last time. I will definitely make a better go of it. I can't specify enough about the weight I need to lose. I don't think my cardiologist will be too happy with me when I see him again. Eek! I hope to rejoin my old friends and gain some new one on here. I need all the help I can get. I also got myself a Kinect for my xbox. Hoping some of that activity will help me. As long as I go at my own pace I should be ok.

Hey Jocy, I'm also recommitting. Hoping to lose 25 lbs and get in shape. I have lost 4 lbs so far. Only started working out 2 weeks ago and eating better 1 week ago. Glad you're back.0
