Tricking Your Body and Phentermine

Hello folks! I'm new here, and I have a question, well a couple questions. My first question is this. I have been working out for about a week now, doing Cardio and some weight training for abs and chest. My arms and legs and glutes are fine, just need to lose some weight and tone up my chest and stomach as I lose.
So with that, I need to switch it up so that my body doesn't become complacent with the current regimen?
Next question, I'm taking Phentermine; yeah Phentermine. I recently, or so I think, platued from a starting weight of 250, down to 230 in two weeks. The Dr Said this would happen, but I suddenly gain back 4 of those pounds. This morning I weighed in, and I last 3 of the ones I gained. My question is, am I really in a platue or am I just in a slow down mode? The first two weeks I started, I had not or was unable to get into the gym, so I did normal chores around the house and farm work. I sweated like a mother too. I've noticed thart the sweat isn't coming as easy as it did in those first two weeks. Nor is the energy level the same. Don't get me wrong, I'm not yet having cravings or anything like that. I've been off fast food for a month now, with no cokes or teas, just water. Am I headed in the right direction?
