I was talking on the computer with my cousin this morning and she was wainting on her sister to come over to go for a walk in the park and I said how far are you going she said 4 miles I said I am not sure I can make it... and she said to me all that cardio you do at the gym you can make it...

Well I drove to her house and we went walking to the park then through the park and I did it I walked 4 miles... I feel so good cuz last year I couldnt even walk to my corner and that is only two houses!!!

I am so proud of myself so I had to just share... :drinker: :flowerforyou: :laugh:
