Not skinny fat but not at my goals

I've been at this working out thing for almost 6 months, and though I'm not great with logging, I eat a healthy diet. My problem is that I'm really stuck, I'm not seeing changes anywhere. My weight is stuck at 150 (I'm 5'10") and I don't notice changes in my body or the way my clothes fit. The first 2 months I started working out (I work out 5 days a week about an hour and half each time, I do legs and abs 3 days a week and arms/upper body 2 days with alternating 25 and 35 minutes of cardio also 5 days a week) I built all the changes that I see in me now. I feel terrific, and I know I am strong, but I'm 21 years old and I know I could look better. I love my routine, but I think something's wrong. I'm ok with maintaining my current weight, but I'd like to see changes in my body and how my clothes fit. Last time I had my body fat measured by my trainer it was 19% but I'm not sure how accurate those impedence devices are.

I have scoured the message boards and I saw lots of advice to other women in my situation to increase the calories and protein in their diet, whenever I do that I see my "pouch" reappear like a poorly placed fanny pack

any advice is appreciated.

Sorry I don't know the answer to this but would like to hear other peoples advice as I'm kind of in the same situation.

(Had to giggle at the word Fanny pack! Fanny means something different in the UK lol sorry )
