So here it is....
I had been good all day, very good and I made a very healthy dinner.. or at least tried to! After hours of trying fix one screw up after another we sat down to try it. The noodles werent cooked the meat was over cooked the flavoring was just downright wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to sit down and cry, I had my sisters two girls over my daughter and my husband all starving and it was almost 7:00. So my husband trying to help but forgeting my diet runs out to get pizza. I was so frustrated, I sadly ate 3 pieces (large) and a glass of coke (which I quit a week ago). I feel horrible today and I all I want to do is drink a coke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It happens...it's seriously okay. I know what it's like. My cooking is...let's just say I'm new to the whole cooking thing. And yes, it's healthier than going out to dinner like we used to, but sometimes my husband has to lie when I ask how it is. Sometimes the dogs won't even eat the leftovers  (seriously). Just relax and don't even worry about the pizza. Treat it like it's your cheat day for the week and work out extra hard tomorrow. It happens to the best of us and I'm sure it won't show up on the scale. I was sick all weekend, vegging on the couch with no exercise and I lost a pound from last week. So, no worries! We all have these days!!

Don't worry about it I screw up dinner a lot. Hey at least I try!! Since my fiance can barely boil water and since I am the "stay at home" mom it's pretty much up to me. I always try to have an easy go to. In case this happens. Pizza is easy, just not too calorie conscious. oh well today is a new day. Stay away from the coke that is calling your name. I love soda but regular just uses up way too many calories for something that I could easily substitute. Stay strong!!!!0

Don't stress about it...that is just one of those things life throws at ya once in a while...it happens and will probably happen again..... losing weight is about changing your way of thinking about food and your lifestyle..... and eating a healthier diet...but no one is perfect. When I have pizza i order it without cheese (because i am lactose intolerant) and order it with extra mushrooms, green pepper and any other lower calorie choice instead of bacon and pepperoni . so just back to your better eating the next day and move on from there......0
