Runners - how fast and how long...

I am just wondering how others run around here. If you use a treadmill what speed do you put it on and how long can you run for? For those that run outside, how long do you run for?
On a good day I put the treadmill on 5.7 and run for about 30-45 mins before having to stop. If I need a good sweat I will put the speed on 7.0 and incline at level 2 for about 5-10 mins and then have to stop.

I never run on a treadmill. Outside or indoor track only. My pace and distance vary based on what I am doing that day.
Recovery runs are anywhere from 3-7 miles at like 945 or so
General aerobic runs 5-10 at 9:15
long runs - 10+ lower 9s
speed work is speed work - that can sometimes for a short distance get to low 6s
Keep in mind, running as fast as you can every time is not the best idea. Every run has its place0
