So I've been a member for quite some time and was actually doing a good job to keep up with it until school started back this semester.... and i realized that i had completely let me goals slip. I am bound and determined to make a better life for myself!!! So I'm starting all over again and trying to hold myself accountable.
If anyone has any helpful tips, ideas, stories, etc... please share!!!

thanks... that is a really good idea... i might be less likely to eat some stuff if i see all the calories beforehand!0
