i am bulking. i aim to gain 1lb a week and so far have gained 12lbs in 14 weeks. i feel like i am getting stronger and i have moved up in my weights. for example i started doing bicep curls with 10lb weights and am up to 20lbs. i strarted doing squats and deadlifts at 45lbs and have moved up to 100lbs. i just do not feel like this is enough. i know i havnt been lifting for that long but i see others who are doing way more weight than this. i have hurt myself before and do not want to do that again so i increase by 5lbs at a time when i feel ready. with squats and deadlifts i do 5sets at 6-8reps. i feel like i look fat and not muscular and i have had to go up a pant size because my butt and thighs grew so much and these are starting to feel tight. i eat around 2500 calories a day and i aim for 200grams of protein. my diary is open if you would like to look. i just want to know that i am bulking correctly and at good speed because i do not want to be doing this for nothing or doing it wrong and be wasting my time. i appreciate any and all input, thoughts and suggestions.
