So I have a question..... this week i have done a body works and a cardio blast class and today my muscles in my arms are extremely sore! UGH! So, the question is - I have signed up to do the Les Mills Body Pump 80 class tonight and really want to go but worried about injuring my arm.
Any advice on whether i should just pass and wait till the next one comes around or go and suck it up.
Note: My arm is not wanting to straighten lol!!! the muscle is really tight, but i keep working it. :ohwell:

I've always heard that you should allow your muscles to recover before working it again. That being said, I was taking a body pump class some years ago 3 times a week and the first two weeks my body was aching the entire time.
I did not have the arm issues you are experiencing and that would be a concern for me.0
