I have been addicted to Mountain Dew for YEARS - like 30+! Strange, I know. But, I have to have one each morning when I wake up (5:30am). I've tried drinking other things instead but I can't find anything that satisfies the craving. It's not the caffiene kick that I crave, just the taste. It's killing my sugar intake goal for the day. Any ideas of a good trade-off? :frown: :drinker:

You can still have it. Just cut back.0

Slowly cut back on it... say this week drink as you normally would. Next week pour half a cup less, than the next week half a cup less than that and so on until you aren't drinking any.0

You might not like this idea, but you could try making homemade popsicles out of the pop. It would use far less than you normally drink, and you still get the taste while feeling like you're eating something too.0
