Calorie Intake

I am having a problem meeting the minimum calorie intake on a day to day basis. I am eating enough food (I think), but I am nowhere near what I should be eating calorie wise.. Can anyone suggest some foods that would help me out? I am usually about 200 below what I am supposed to be taking in. I am within my fat/protein/carb limits, just not the calories. Thanks!
