so, i have been transitioning to a clean eating lifestyle, and i'm on about day 4... lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, lots of water etc, and i am already seeing results.. the only thing is that i think i am detoxing or something because i feel AWFUL! i have changed my eating habits before and have a few days of the yuckies while i make the switch, but my whole body aches, i have a BOOMING headache, sore throat, i'm a raging *kitten* at work and i have been taking 2-3 hours naps.
so i just wanted to vent a little. i'll try to push through without pissing too many people off lol.

Yeah the transition can be a b1tch. That's great that you are already seeing results. Keep it up!
I had a terrible headache for several days, and just didn't feel right.0 -
As strange as this sounds, if you're able, treat yourself to a massage. It will do wonders on this process. I just went through it a few weeks ago, the switching over to clean living. It was like the flu that would not end. Because of back problems I usually get a massage once a month anyway, so when it rolled up, I was feeling like :explode: It made all the difference in the world by the next day. Or maybe I was just at the end. Who knows? But hey, who of us couldn't go for a massage and an excuse to get one, right?0
