I still slip up - I lost 50 lbs and let 15 slide back on. Been trying to stop the tide since I noticed I had gained 5, but didn't really get a handle on it until I hit 15. My advise? When you backslide, don't beat yourself up about it. Acknowledge the backslide, then get back on the horse. Remember you are making life choices and that you are teaching yourself a way of life that you can live with for the rest of your life... and life has hills, valleys, mountains and rivers. Not all are easy, but all can be managed one way or another. You can do it! Never give up!0
