Gym-barrassment!

When I run outside our is not uncommon for me to take a sip of water, slosh it in my mouth, and spit it out. This cannot be done on a treadmill. The worst was when I tried yup catch it.
I had to play it off like I choked on, the water. I stopped my work out, cleaned it up, and went back to it. Thankfully no one was within the splash zone.0 -
This makes me feel so much better. I am not a klutz but I feel out of my element at the gym and seem to always get the treadmill next to the bouncy girl with the swishy ponytail running 50 miles per hour with perfect form. I have to hold on to the treadmill or I will go flying off. When I try to let go, I always seem to walk sideways and hook my shoe on the side of the treadmill and down I go.
I give all of us points for holding our heads up high and going to the gym another day. Thanks for the smiles. I was trying not to bust out laughing at work.0
