Having checked out this site I must say all is looking good and I feel very motivated!!

I am 32 years old and married with a 7 year old daughter. I have always been on a diet and tend to lose a few pounds and then lose motivation when the scales don't budge! Having followed weight watchers before it always tells me I don't eat enough and sure thing after today and yesterday's food diary it's telling me again that I need to eat more!!

I excercise alot!! In desperation to get fiiter I started attending Zumba classes last April and qualified as an instructor in October. It has totally changed my body shape but I now need to lose the pounds to go with it!! I teach 2 nights and attend another 2 classes a week. Should I eat the calories I earn from doing excercise?? This is something that always bugs me!!!

I am a bridemaid in June and determined to lose atleast a dress size before hand.
