I am just finishing up level 3 of the 30 Day Shred (YAY ME!!!). If you can't tell I'm pretty psyched because I've never kept anything up this long. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with Ripped In 30 or the Extreme Shred? I'd like to switch right over to one or the other once I feel like I've mastered level 3.. BUT since I plan on doing the remaining video when I'm done with the one I start next I'd like there to be a progression in the level of difficulty. SO if anyone has any thoughts on either of these videos (or anything else I could be doing for that matter) I would love to hear back from you. Just bear in mind that working out for longer then 30-45 mins is a big no-no for me lol. It's the only thing that made this video succeed where others have failed!
