anyone with Walmart or Target HRM?

I was looking at my local Wal-mart the other day at the heart rate monitors they had in stock. I can't afford the fancy, expensive ones from amazon but I would like one that gives at least a fairly accurate heart rate and calories burned. I saw some that were like a pedometer and others like a watch, they ranged from $15-$50 (I think). I also looked at Target.com, but have not had a chance to see what they had in our local store yet. Has anyone purchased a HRM (preferably less than $50) from either Walmart or Target (or anywhere else) that seems to be good? I don't want to waste my money getting an unreliable one but I also don't want to use our entire vacation fund to buy one! Thanks for your help!!!
