Updating Fitness goals

So I've noticed that if I go in and update my fitness/nutrition goals (where you set how much you want to lose per week), that as the weeks go by the calories get lower. Perhaps others have noticed this, too...
For example, about a month ago, it was at 1490 for me (I'm 5' 10"). I went in and updated it (didn't change my goals, just went on to the screen and saved the 'changes') and it dropped to 1480 (since I'd lost weight). I just did it again and now it's down to 1440.
I understand why it's doing that, but dang..... 50 calories can be the difference between sane and insane some days :noway:

just eat them 50 calories if you want them. at 5'10 and 1440 it sounds like your goal is maybe set to 1lb or higher a week? If you need more calories you can eat up to 250 more and still be on track to lose .5lb/week less than whatever you are set to. I do it all the time.0
