Try some yoga! You have to support yourself with your upper body a lot so it's good for strengthening without getting body builder muscles, plus you can find plenty of options on the web or TV if you're not part of a gym or yoga place! Don't knock it til you've tried it... yoga is NOT for wimps!!!!!0

I have a cheap suggestion. Start with 2 sets and 15 reps:
Triceps dips on a bench/side of your bed:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0326dy_-CzM
Lat raises holding a 2L bottle of water in each hand:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASNNE44n_Zk
Bicep curls with a 2L bottle in each hand:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uO_CNYidOw0
Standard pushups
Ab crunches
Eventually you can invest in the cheapest adjustable dumbbell set you find (less than a month's worth of gym membership and they last forever).0 -
1. Get a duffel bag, back pack, book bag anything fill it with sand, rice, rocks, books, gold bars, cocaine, salt, poop, pots
That's just silly... Rocks!0
