    I don't feel as bloated as I used too.

    I am actually sleeping at night instead of staring at the ceiling for hours upon hours.

    I quit smoking, so my body just feels better period!

    Oh wow, there are so many!

    1. My heat rate has dropped quite a bit to a healthy range, and my BP is going down. Hopefuly I won't need the meds anymore soon!!
    2. I don't have any more digestive problems
    3. Energy and Stamina!
    4. Not feeling hungry all the time
    5. I think my girls are getting smaller THANK GOODNESS.
    6. I can dance longer. :bigsmile:
