Steak and Egg Breakfast Burrito (Under 300 calories)

Seasoned steak strips (3oz) - purchased from your grocery frozen food section
Egg whites (I use 2, cooked)
Lowfat (or 2%) shredded cheese (1/8 cup)
Whole wheat tortilla (6")
Steak sauce

Warm up the steak strips and cook the egg whites, then mix in the pan.
Warm up the tortilla in the microwave (:30 seconds)
Apply some steak sauce to the tortilla (1 tbls = 15 calories)
Add in the steak/egg mix
Top with cheese and roll the tortilla

I love having these after I have a hard workout session in the morning. We also will have them for dinner (I'll eat 2, which is right around a 550 calorie meal).

You can also use frozen chicken strips (substitute the steak sauce with some picante/salsa).
