I have about 200 calories left for the day, after my workout. Unfortunately I've eaten all the food I brought with me to school.

So, should I be under my calories, or drink my Coke?

    You don't have to "eat" back all of your calories. The question is, do you feel like you need more? You're not going to get anything from that coke other than empty calories and sugar.

    That's true. Dang. I kind of wanted my Coke. :laugh: :grumble:
