    Lots of good advice here from Dane and Addi. Just remember that your goal was primarily strength and maybe some muscle. In order to do that you need to keep the volume LOW. Save all that power for pushing a lot of weight, not doing a bunch of various exercises. That last A/B push/pull program looks awesome.
