How do you build your willpower?
I like to get food items for other people and not for myself and then sit back and feel smugly satisfied I didn't have any. I once sat on a bus for 30 mins with a big mac meal for my Gran and was really pleased when I didn't give in to temptation and get one for myself or pick at hers. Mind you, she had to prise it out of my hands! Ha ha.

I admittedly have very LITTLE willpower. Ask my husband. I no longer bring stuff into the house that isn't good for me, so if I REALLY want ice cream/cake, etc- I have to make a special trip to a bakery or 31 flavors to get it. Makes me think long and hard about how badly I REALLY want said item. Sometimes I get it though. I just work everything into my calorie count.0
