nateaggie07...you're in for a ride. I've gotten ridiculous results in 9+ weeks on this program. My goal is to get abs that I can grate cheese on and to make Tony Horton cry. :laugh:0

P90X is an in-home boot camp that is on 12 DVD's... It has weight training, cardio, and even yoga. It's really intense, and brings some crazy-dramatic results if you stick with clean eating and the routines. I have my 2 week and 7 week pics on my profile-mainly you can see a difference in my legs.:blushing:0 -

I just sent you a PM about it. It is a beachbody workout & I've heard GREAT things about it. I just need to get off my *kitten* & do it myself. :laugh:0 -
Awesome!!!!!! Join us on the P90X thread. Lots of great info there! If anyone has any questions, let me know. I've gone through 5 rounds of it and love it! :drinker:0

I thought about doing P90X since one of my co-workers is doing it and it's really helped him to get the muscle definition he wanted but he warned me that if you are just starting to work out after a long break, the program is really advanced.
After doing some research, I found another beachbody workout that was better suited for someone that is getting back into working out after a 2 year sabbatical; like me. If you are like me and need some time to build yourself up to a P90X workout routine, check out Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer; I started doing 20 minutes a day and let me tell you… I’ve been sore for a week but I feel great.
Anyway, it’s nice to see other people doing similar programs on here. Good luck to all of you!0 -

Good for you! Yes, there are lots of other great BB programs, Power 90 is another good one that is not as intense as P90X but you will still see results. The 10 min trainers are good also! I love the ab workout in that one! :bigsmile:0
