So...you have lost 4 feet, 13 inches? Get yourself a ribbon and cut it to this length. Next, begin logging your water, log your calories before you eat and get back to what you know works....We are still here for you and you can still do this!

Seriously...4 feet and 13 inches later - you should high five yourself!!! That is a tremendous loss!

Maybe you need a few changes... or a challenge?! Can you sign up for a different sort of exercise class? I've been thinking about trying a Spin class but I'm chicken. :embarassed: But it could be a great way to get motivated again.

Here's a fun challenge...find a new restaurant and entice yourself into finding a low-cal, healthy meal you like there. If you don't like to eat out much, maybe the challenge could be to come up with a weekly recipe that fits the bill. ?

    C'Mon, mama...we can do this!

Hey, don't give up, you can do this. If I can do it(I used to eat fried everything, and I haven't had any fried foods for almost 3 months), you can do it, we can do it together. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

thank you everyone!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

reviewing my old stats and seeing such big losses really did help me. :noway: :noway:
posting them on here and hearing your advise and complimements helped me the most.

i'm going on a spring break vacation to vegas w/ my family starting tomorrow. while vacating, i will not be logging all my food/exercise/weight, but i intend to make wise choices about it all. :glasses: i think the break in my logging routeen might do me good. :grumble: i think i'll have to rely on myself more (v.s. mfp logging) for control. :noway:
but i will miss this!:grumble: :grumble:
  • Only two words for that amount of progress.

    Epic win.

    Well done!
