Turkey Meatball Subs!!!

My wife just made these and they were fantastic! For the sauce she used this sauce ( http://www.francescorinaldi.com/prdetail.php?p=9 ). The link below will take you to the recipe. Turkey Meatball Subs
Servings: about 20 – 24 meatballs approximately 8 subs.
Serving size: 1 meatball sub (3 meatballs in sauce, 1 bun, 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella).
Approximate nutritional information:
Calories: 351 * Carbs: 41 * Fat: 11 * Protein: 22 * Fiber: 5
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 large egg
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup whole grain bread crumbs
1 24 ounce jar of sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 package (8 count) whole wheat hot dog buns
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 1. Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl and mix together well.
Step 2. Roll 20 to 24 small meatballs. About 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide. Place on foil line pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 3. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4. Remove meatballs from oven and place together with sauce on the stove. Cook until sauce is warm.
Step 5. Turn broiler on. To prepare the subs place 3 meatballs in each hot dog roll and add 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese to each. Arrange all the subs on pan and place under the broiler till cheese is melted.
Freezer instructions:
To freeze these meatballs perform steps 1 – 3. Let meatballs cool then place in labeled freezer bag and put in the freezer.
Preheating instructions:
Thaw the meatballs in refrigerator 24 hours ahead of time then perform steps 4 and 5. Or you can put them in the sauce frozen and perform steps 4 and 5.
To show you the simplicity of this recipe I created a video tutorial with my daughter Emma to demonstrate how to make and freeze this recipe. Please note this is our first time in front of the camera so please forgive some of the little mishaps . Also sorry the videos are a little long sometimes I tend to talk too much .
