Anyone else participating in a Tough Mudder event this year?
I registered a couple of weeks ago for the Michigan event (which will be held in Ohio). That is my motivation for dropping the weight and registering with MFP. I am attempting to balance 1/2 marathon training with ample amount of strength training.
Wondering if anyone else is registered? If so, how are ya training?
