I was asked what restaurant I wanted to go to with a few friends and picked
Genghis Grill - The Mongolian Stir Fry. I had not been there in a while so I checked their website.
http://www.genghisgrill.com/byo_bowl.php. It has a cool nutritional calculator so I can pick my ingredients without starches and it calculates the calories and nutritional information I can then use in MyFitnessPal. I'm doing low carb now so I can pick all the right low carb ingredients. This worked great for me on my plan!
