kickboxing workout

I would like to work out on the punching bag at the gym, but I run out of ideas pretty quickly. Does anyone have a workout routine for punching and kicking the bag that I could do for a good workout for about 30-45 minutes? I know what to do, just need something written down to follow. Thanks!
