night time: when to stop eating?

Time had nothing to do with it, if you are worried about gaining wait. It's all about maintaining a deficit. You can eat at 2am and wake up at 4am and see a weight gain on the scale and that's only cause your body has not burned it off yet BUT that does not mean you have gained weight.
Usually a good morning poop will fix that.0 -
all this talk of food is makeing me hungry, so im off to bed to only dream of eating!0
