Hi everyone,
So I was dieting from september-nov and slouched during December (stupid holidays! haha). I'm just starting back again but what I noticed is I NEVER EVER eat enough calories! MFP has set me on a diet of 1,500cal and I've only eaten 845 and I'm not hungry at all! I know thats really unhealthy but I don't know whats wrong. Should I lower my daily cal intake to 1,200 and try to eat that much?

thanks! (:

Seriously, look at getting some calorie dense healthy foods into you - with healthy proteins and fats - nuts, nut butters, avocado, oilves and tofu immediately spring to mind.
