I have netflix and i was wondering if anyone has ordered any work out dvd's off there and what are some good work out dvd that i should try!??

    I haven't ordered any "hard" copies, but have watched a few via the instant view. You should check out a few that way to see what you like before you get the actual copy.

    they have a few yoga ones that are pretty good
