A Great Mahi Mahi Recipe from Food Network
I found a wonderful recipe for sauteed Mahi Mahi this evening and thought I would share. The only fats in it are the fish, and small amount of oil for frying. Instead of wine, I used chicken broth and I added an equal tablespoon of ginger to go with the garlic. I will be adding this to my list of keepers.
