If you want a great burger with amazon taste and low calories, these are for you...

Buffalo Sliders are easy to make.
Go to your local market, Whole Foods is the easiest.
Buy 1 lb. of Ground Buffalo Meat.
Dice up a half an onion per pound of meat.
Mix together.
Form patties that are about 1-1.5 oz each.
Grill on a George Foreman grill for 8-10 min.

Jalapeño Sliders have only 2 simple steps added.
Go to the local grocery store and buy 96/4 lean ground beef.
This is for 1 lb. of meat.
Dice up half an onion.
Dice up 12 jalapeños into 4 to 8 pieces of each jalapeño.
Mix the onions, jalapeños, and meat together.
Add a teaspoon of Tony Chachere's or Cajun Seasoning.
Mix together.
Form patties of 1-1.5 oz.
Grill on a George Foreman grill for 8-10 min.
